		<description><![CDATA[Thanks Naresh for sharing your thoughts. I totally agree that not only departments create silos but specialized roles as well. The bad thing is that in a very small team it&#039;s pretty natural to work with specialized roles as the sum of the local optima is pretty close to the global optima. But this changes dramatically as soon as the team grows. But, as you said, it&#039;s pretty hard to dissolve those specializations and create real shared responsibilities. It&#039;s really important to pay attention to that from day one. It&#039;s similar to technical debt in my eyes.]]></description>
